Roll Call, Call to Order, 6:00pm by President Jim Young.

Introduction of Guests, Open Forum – audience participation is limited to non-agenda items.  Open forum will not exceed 3 minutes in length per person or 30 minutes total.  Participant must sign-in upon arrival and complete the form if wanting time to address the Board. Directors Young, Figel, Jolensten, Schroder, committee chair D. Pearson and D. Littler (Peak to Peak Property Management) in attendance.

Minutes June 2017 Motion to approve the June 2017 minutes as presented- Mike Schroder, seconded by Ralph Jollensten, motion carried. (4-0).

june Financials report. Motion to approve financials as presented- Mike Schroder, seconded by- Ralph Jollensten, motion carried. (4-0).

Management Report.Report on home sales (6), landscape project completion, radar unit installed on Red Hawk Drive by the Town of Castle Rock police for a few weeks.

Old Business:

    1. Arr report, many project completions.
    2. Violations, lawns getting better, watering restrictions in effect on both mhomeowners and HOA.
    3. Collections, Motion to send to the attorney for injunctive releaf 1653 marsh Hawk Cir. Motion W. Figel, Seconded- Mike Schroder, motion carried (4-0).
    4. Landscape Proposals from Colorado Property Care (completed). Nice looking project on Red Hawk drive.
    5. Request for the Town to add speed radar units to Red Hawk Drive Town placed some)
    6. Motion to $4150 from operating account (collected from past due homeowners) to the reserve fund – W. Figel, seconded – Mike Schroder, motion carried (4-0).


    1. Water Restrictions, Manager D. Littler gave the specifics on the watering restrictions for the HOA enacted this month. Very restrictive watering times allowed (7 hours).
    2. Grasses at Prairie Hawk monuments, will review grasses in the fall.
    3. Pet Station discussion, New pet station map reviewd.
    4. Front Steps web site / credit card payment system, Director Young presented information on “Front Steps” web site and credit card HOA dues system. Discussion regarding the need for this, and the company will send more info to the Manager.

VIII Director Young is gathering some driveway fencing walkway driveway coating replacement cost estimates to possibly share with homeowners.
