CALL TO ORDER
The regular monthly meeting of the board of directors of Red Hawk Homeowner’s Association was called to order at 6:00 p.m. at Village Inn restaurant, September 25, 2014.
A quorum was present with the following directors in attendance: Hannah Golden, Al Pearson, Walt Figel and Jim Young. Manager, Dave Littler, as well as committee member Diane Hannigan, were also present.
Mr. Lund requested that the area between Ballata Court and Paonia Court be improved by the HOA. He said that the strip of land had tall weeds. The Board and Manager agreed to address the issue.
REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF AUGUST 2014 BOD MEETING
Jim motioned to approve the minutes, Al seconded; all were in favor, and the minutes passed as written.

(Walt) Closing for land transfer with IREA was scheduled to close on October 3rd. Declaration Ballots were short 24 votes (to date), but all others had passed.
Trimming of cottonwood trees scheduled for October 2nd.
Electrical work contract: Addresses for meters had been determined.
American Design and Landscape: October 16 will begin beautifying the electrical box easement area on Red hawk Drive.
Deferred Tree Maintenance: Need to transfer $4,682 to reimburse the account for the insect spraying.
Christmas Light Proposal: The bid needs some adjusting, due to the addition of electricity to two monuments as well as the new landscaping. Dave will set up a meeting to go over the changes with Keesen.
The homeowner at 1511 Bent Grass Dr. had requested 10 days to get his joint-ownership rental property into compliance with Red Hawk standards. Walt previously agreed to 10 business days. However, after no response from the owners, it was determined that the Board will continue to fine and enforce all prior violations.
Decision of Hearing: 1582 Rosemary Dr., regarding trim paint not in compliance with approved color schemes. Results: Jim-repaint, Hannah-repaint, Al-repaint, Walt-no response. The Board agreed to allow the homeowner to collaborate on determining a reasonable deadline.
Jim has been tasked with writing a letter to 1676 Tiff Grass Ct., regarding a violation for painting trim and body colors different than listed on the approved ARR.
Hannah motioned to adjourn the meeting at 9:04 p.m. Al seconded and the meeting was adjourned.
